Dear AAC Team Members and Friends,

It is with the mixed emotions of sadness and peace from sensing God’s will, that we inform you we will no longer have an AT ANY COST Team.  It seems that God is leading us to “put it on the shelf” for now.    We have prayed much about this decision and feel God leading us in this direction.  We have really tried to put together another team, and it hasn’t happened.  We don’t want to “push it”.  This is God’s ministry and not ours.

We have three former team members and need an additional seven new members.

Within the last year we have asked God to help us find seven new team members:
          ~ Advertised 4-6 weeks at Jim Elliot High School Drama Dept. in Lodi;
          ~ Advertised using posters at William Jessup University in Rocklin;
          ~Advertised for 8 weeks, using weekly emails sent to nearly 200 churches in the Sacramento area;
          ~Advertised at Sunrise Community Church in the high school & college departments;
          ~Sent out 10 personalized, audition invitation to students recommended by  Pastors Carlo & Perry (we received only three responses – 2 no & 1 yes).

We are deeply humbled to have been used by God these past twelve years, eleven more than we ever thought or dreamed.  We have been able to see thousands of lives touched and changed by this story of love and forgiveness, not only in the U.S., but in eight foreign countries.  We have been blessed by seeing many of our own team members go into full-time ministry, and others serving in lay ministry.

Although our AT ANY COST music/drama team is ending for now, I know that the story itself will continue to touch lives as it has for the past 50 years.  Please continue to pray for the three remaining wives: Elisabeth Elliot Gren, Barbara Youdarian, & Olive Fleming Liefeld.  Also pray for the continuing work of Steve Saint with the Waodanis and his ministry ITEC.

Dave and I are not “hanging up” our service to the Lord with the end of AAC.  We are still planning on serving the Lord in missions, and in our church home and community.  We love you all, and consider it a blessing to have served along side with you.  May God bless and use you as you continue to serve Him!

Serving Him at any cost,

Donna Crosson   director    &      Dave Crosson   co-director
